Most of the full hookup slots are taken by long term rentals. The power/water sites are on the edge of a parking lot. Minimal shade, no picnic tables. Rest room s/showered/laundry are nice. Convenient and adequate. People are nice.

This is a relatively quiet well run park. Very good access to all sorts of services, stores, major roads. would certainly stay here again.

My stay at Franklin county RV park was awesome, The park was state of the art, clean. It had bathrooms, showers and a very nice laundry facility and was very well maintained. Susan and the park host were very awesome and very helpful. They were there for me when I needed anything. I will definitely stay with them again if I have the opportunity to work in the area again. Thank you again Susan and staff. The best RV park I have ever stayed in. Very Nice !!!

Yes it’s very clean like the reviews say but the fresh water is anything but fresh. They need to change out their rusty pipes. No matter how long we ran the water it never ran clear. Also I got locked in the bathroom bc their door closer failed and dropped down blocking the door closed. If I had not had my hairbrush with me I could not have reached the top of the door to push the closer off of it. I had no cell phone with me. Who knows how long I’d have been in there. Also they had no paper towels and no other means of drying hands in the restroom. This county fairground should not be charging $45 a night! Now we have to find a place to fill our fresh water tank.

No campers or. Cabins for fent
If you want to live there 10 years old or newer, if you can get on the list. The RV park is owned by Franklin County. If you are temporary like a few days then no. I have been living here for about 3 years.
I am a monthly resident. There is a long waiting list to get it in but it is possible. You can book nightly sights online anytime but weekends. The elderly camp hosts cant use the computer so they turn off the booking ability. It is county owned and operated.
450 plus electric
All you can do is come in and talk to the manager or Hosts. Occasionally residents do sell trailers because they found something better. That I'm aware of the RV Park doesn't rent trailers. They may have before the County took it over.
As a resident here I can tell you that it is $450 per month + electric and 2 pets are permitted electric is super cheap. I average $8 a month. I am also a cigarette smoker myself. They do not mind as long as you dispose of your cigarette butts in a a fire resistant container like a metal coffee can.
