The customer service was above and beyond. From the moment I called to inquire about the Chevy Spark, the Sales Rep Matt was amazing. He took pictures of the different options available for the vehicle I wanted and sent them to me through text. Once I verified which car I wanted, he had it waiting for me at the front of the dealership, so once I arrived all that was left to do was to sign papers. The whole process was seamless and took very little time. But it wasn't just Matt that I was impressed with, the whole team left a good impression. From the finance guy that gave me words of wisdom, as he called it, that helped me save money and gave me insurance information that I wasn't aware that I would need, all the way down to the couple of sales team members that came to congratulate me on my purchase; the whole experience was perfect and I will be buying from this dealership again in the near future.

Will not go there again. Took my truck in for oil change and to fix high beam headlight. Got an oil change but not the head light and charged me for headlight inspection. I asked why and they said it was aftermarket. They bring my truck around and as soon as I get home I find out the remote for the winch is missing. They said they looked for it but did not find it. They are refusing to replace it and after the conversation I will never return. So I will not return to this place . I gave them a second chance after what they did to my last truck . Learned my lesson.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership. Both experiences have been great. Nick H. was very helpful and knowledgeable during our time purchasing our most recent vehicle. We also have our vehicles inspected and serviced here. Unfortunately, the service department is very slow, taking 2-3 hours to complete a scheduled inspection or oil change.

I came in for service on a vehicle I really wasn’t happy with but didn’t know what else to do. The sales manager Ryan Benson immediately picked up on my needs and called over David Boone to tell me more about that vehicle and give me a test ride. I fell in love on the spot and both David and Ryan did everything they could to make this deal work for me and make it a good experience. In my nearly 50 years of car buying I’ve never seen a more helpful salesman than David Boone. I would not have met him though had Ryan not picked up on what I needed and gotten David to help me. These guys are five star without a doubt it

If you purchased the vehicle there then yes they are responsible for all warranty repairs. They do have garages for warranty and private repairs.
