your order delivery system sucks. After spending 15 minutes setting up an account on slice, then placing an order , at the very end when im adding a credit card it tells me delivery isnt available. Thanks for wasting my time. So heres another 2 minutes of my life dedicated to this review

I ordered from them last night, a small meat lovers pizza and half of an Italian hoagie. The pizza was great minus the fact it arrived lukewarm at best. Almost an hour and a half after i placed the order I called back to see if it was on the way. Got hung up on immediately after they said they were closed on my first try. Had the chance to speak on the next call so I was able to ask where my order was. Was told it’s on its way and it did arrive shortly after, although not hot. Saved the hoagie for dinner tonight just to see a couple slices of meat on the bread. I’ve had great food from them in the past with no issues and I was really disappointed this time.

We were there at 5:30 Saturday evening - very busy. We were served immediately. Very courteous staff. Very efficient. Delicious broasted chicken!

I decided to try Molly's for the first time tonight and I was far from impressed. I ordered through the Slice app (Lg cheese pizza, chicken wings, hoagie, fries and garlic bread. Minutes before my food was delivered, I got a call from my delivery person saying Molly's didn't have the pizza for him. I reached out to Slice who told me a coupon that was listed on their app for Molly's wasn't valid anymore. They advertised the special $7.99 for a LG cheese pizza) which I redeemed. I guess since the promo wasn't valid they didn't make the pizza. No matter whose fault it was, they should've fulfilled my order and figured it out amongst themselves, but Slice did refund me for the pizza. The other items I ordered were made and delivered, but were meh. The fries and wings were room temp and kinda mushy (not crispy). I live within 2 miles of the restaurant too so travel time was short. I've used Slice to order food dozens of times before and never had an issue like this. I won't be ordering food from Molly's again.
