Place an order was told 35 mins it ended up being 1hour and 45mins the food was cold and I ended up not even get all of what I ordered 😑 😒 not happy at all . Not to mention I spend 50.13 on food that was ice cold .

Normally I speak highly of this restaurant. However my last experience was not good. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Simple enough. When I got home it was half pepperoni half cheese. I called they apologized and told me to come back with the wrong pizza and they would make a new pizza. When I got there, the associate took my name and phone number and told me the next time I order give me name and number and they would give me a free pizza to compensate me for the mix up. I attempted to cash in on their offer today and the first person acted like I wasn't speaking clearly enough and passed the phone to his manager. The manager (who was not there) says he would not have every said free... maybe a discount. I repeated my story and still he refused to even look for the paper with my info. I don't ask for much. I ask for accuracy and quality. When you fail in those areas I expect you to be a person of your word and make good on your promise.
