Where do I begin… Didn’t put cookie dough in our blizzard. We circled back, not upset at all and asked if they could fix it. They said they couldn’t unless we paid again (strike 1). We politely pushed back and both the General and Assistant Managers were sassy, beyond rude, and couldn’t see the big picture (strike 2). Then they slammed the window shut on us as were were talking to them (strike 3). Won’t be going back - have been going there for a long time. New owners should strongly consider firing the whole crew and starting over…

I have been here a few times, my son usually orders the chicken strip basket. Chicken has always been hot and tender and the fries crisp. The order process was quick and easy and we got our food quickly. The associate was polite. The only negative was they were out of the orange Fanta.

Visited recently with 2 cars, 11 people total and at least half the orders were wrong. A number of us ordered Reese's blizzard and they were definitely not Reeses at all. When one of us called them on something else being wrong, they told us we were wrong. And those that had just plain vanilla soft serve said it tasted funny.

I honestly love dairy Queen. Unfortunately this dairy Queen was so atrocious that it's made me question dairy Queen altogether. Yeah it's one thing to just not have the blizzard flavor or the steak fingers or whatever it may be. It's another when you order something and you're giving the wrong order. I ordered two chocolate brownie blizzards. One ended up being cookie dough. The other was kind of chocolate ice cream with chocolate drizzle in it. I'm not even really sure what to call it, but it sure as heck wasn't a blizzard. But here's the real kicker as you're getting our food to the drive-thru I go. Hey, you guys don't turn them upside down anymore and someone I'm assuming a manager leans through the window and says if you know anything about us. It's at participating locations only and we don't participate. I've had some bad customer service before but this was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had and be shortest amount of time.
