I often buy home supplies from this Lowe's location, and for straight forward off-the-shelf purchases I would give them a higher review. However, my experiences with both appliance delivery/installation and door installation have both been horrendous and I would recommend anywhere but Lowe's for such. When we ordered our washer and dryer initially the particular set was paid for and set to be delivered within 2 weeks. Right before that date they called to say something went wrong with the item number for the order, and delivery was pushed out another two weeks. Same thing happened at that date - we went in to customer service multiple times before finally getting the correct order number and appliances that we had already paid for, but since installation by Lowe's we have had to have an electrician come correct their wiring job from install, and the drain system was improperly installed for the washer which still requires correction. These are brand new appliances that have not worked properly since install without additional professionals who know what they're doing coming to fix the job. Our front door was installed by Lowe's in January, at which time we were told the trim would also be replaced as part of the cost. The service member didn't have trim on hand at the time of the install, and re-installed our old trim (damaging it in the process), but said they would come back with new trim the next week. Since then we have emailed, called, talked directly to customer service, and were told multiple times that a service member would reach out to us to correct the issue, but 6 months later still nothing has happened. I could not be more frustrated with our experiences with the install team at this location.

I've only bought plants and plant products here. I've only used the self-check out. However, I've found what I've needed every time I go and they haven't been busy. So it is always a quick visit and pleasant. I would recommend and will return!

Hard to find a sales person that can help. You have to wait till the one person in that area is around to help or come back. Also the estimated delivery on the appliances is far off. The fridge I wanted said estimated delivery next day or day after and it was a week and a half. I needed one due to mine not cooling well anymore. So I had to go somewhere else.

Staff were knowledgeable and prices were right. Waiting for my merchandise to be delivered to my van took a long long looooong time, but they later made my day by giving me some extra discount on items l purchased later. That's my store!

They sell oil lamps of various types. Not sure what you mean by oil lamp chimneys
I definitely would think so as Lowes is now a Craftsman dealer. Craftsman's warranty should of transferred with any dealership unless you strictly bought a "Sears " warranty. Then I would imagine it would be a manager decision. Lowes is pretty good with thier warranties so .... maybe if Sears warranty they will still honor it. Good luck!!

Yes you just have to show military ID. They're very courteous about it yeah curious about it.. I one time forgot my ID as i swear at my ID as i switched wallets and showed them my USAA card and they accepted that
Rarely have I encounter a mask less shopper, but like all businesses I frequent it's clearly posted at Lowe's that mask are required to enter. All of the employees are masked, that I have observed. Most that shop there practice social distancing,around the store and at checkout. But there always seem to be some that ignore all safety considerations.
