I can't believe I've waited this long to try Cracker Barrel. The pancake was one of the best things that I've eaten in years. It was the perfect size and thickness. Soft and pillowy. Soak up syrup and butter really well. And the edges are crispy and melt in your mouth. Amazing.

For the Robinson Township store: I have to give 5 stars for both customer service and food quality. I ordered a delivery dinner through Door Dash and I received another "Sharon's" order. When I called they gave me many options to make it right, I chose to have the order re-done and the manager delivered my order personally, along with a couple of desserts. Being in customer service, myself, I would say they earned a stellar review. The quality of the food was wonderful, everything done to perfection and very tasty. Do yourself a favor and patronize this Cracker Barrel -- they are customer centric and food-tastic. Thank you!

My family and I ate there on 1/28/22. It already started off as a bad night because we live an hour away and needed to go to a local store that way and taking 3 children anywhere especially after school is difficult. So the wife decided she wanted cracker barrel. I am usually not one to say yes lets take all the kids out to eat. I have eaten at hundreds of restaurants across the country. Let me say our waiter Lamar was the best waiter I have ever had. He was seriously impressive. From his service to his hospitality to how he handled having a table with 3 kids. He spoke to the kids in a funny yet caring way. He went out of his way when just walking past to say stuff to the my kids and they loved him. I will say as a business owner this man is an asset and is top notch. Very professional and excellent at his craft. He was the best waiter i have ever had and i will continue to eat there and request him if i am in the area. Cracker barrel needs to take notes on this man because he changed my view point on how a waiter and the hospitality industry should operate.

The fried ocra is probably the best part of dinner. The chicken I had was good and moist but the flavor was lacking. The mashed potatoes were ok but still lacking any real flavor beyond the potatoes. Their corn bread muffins were good but much smaller than they used to have. It is also fun to walk around thier store and see what they have.
