Reasonable wait lines for check out, I can appreciate. The stigma of products locked in cases is present vs other locations. Santa Monica location has visible lingering homelessness, yet NOTHING is locked/ restricted, minimizing your shopping time waiting for tide/ formula/ liquor/ health maintenance. It really is unfortunate. Also al locations have armed guards, therefore each location should be held to the same standard

This Ralph's I the neighborhood store, the staff is always friendly. Sometimes they do carry some of the items that I shop for but all in all the shopping experience is ok.

2L Lab

Many cheese past the selling date, and the ones that weren't had a 40% higher price on checkout that the price displayed. Promotions didn't applied at the promised price for fruits, with a Ralph card. Deceitful and wasting everyone's money or time

Its usually great, but this last visit not good at all. No blue cheese dressing, my fish was over done, my shrimp cocktail came on a plate.
