Worst pool I've ever!!!!Swimright is an old place, completely neglected, the pool water is cold (even in winter) and the atmosphere is freezing because they always have open windows (even on the coldest winter days). even with wetsuit my baby was shivering all the time and with blue lips, getting sick after every class (in winter). The condition of the bathrooms and showers is a terrible, and there areonly 4 😵🤯. Many times a saw people changing their kids on the hallways because it was all busy. Employees and Instructors absolutely do not know how to treat children / babies and you will see many crying daily, because they force them to do things. The customer service it is worse than at the DMV!!!! This place is definitely not going to get my $$$$. In addition to all that, they have a referral program that is a lie, because they do EVERYTHING to never give you the money if you refer a client. As if this were not enough, they force children turning 2 to be alone in the water (.withouta parent), even if the child is not ready and cries continuously.

Very deceiving and not transparent. This academy took my money and cancelled our first scheduled class without notice until we checked with them before planning to go. Look for another place for your kids. They have their own hidden agenda which includes their only internal refund policy. I didn't know they had such bad reviews and plus they have a cancel/refund policy that obligates you to commit with them for 2 months first. I was never made aware of this. I'm requesting a full refund via a dispute with my banking institution. This was a bad start and a sketchy so-called business. Your kids deserve better and parents can do without the extra stress.

Horrible experience!!! These people have the worse customer service I have ever experienced!! Please look for other places! I cancelled my membership as I found another swimming school near me, they didn’t give me a makeup class even though they cancelled the class. They won’t let me makeup for it! They said it’s not their fault then hung up on me. The changing table is always dirty and my husband and I found a roach! We were unable to take a pic as we were appalled that our baby lays on there while its infested with pests! You know that saying if there’s one roach there’s many! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

I am feeling less and less about choosing this place. And was hoping the negative reviews were isolated instances but from my experience so far it seems the opposite. When we scheduled the trial there were no good times available so we ended up with Saturday at 8 am. We were cancelled on twice!!! Signed up for group lessons and that was a disaster because in a 30 minute class the child only swims for 6 minutes!!! And ends 5 minutes early. No one explained this when we were asking details about the differences. So we decided to do private instead. There were not a lot of time slots available. When called to switch the lady made it so difficult to switch because of some silly technicalities because of differences in time schedules and when the new slot was going to become available. After switching we had one class as a make up. This instructor starts out with I don’t think he is in the right level was he tested by us did he do a trial? No consistency. Today he was finally scheduled with the instructor who he would be with on a regular basis and she tells me that they need to test another instructor and that my son will be with him. This instructor has a completely different style and I am not paying for private lessons for your testing needs. That needs to done at another time. And each private instructor was 2-3 minutes late for a 20 minute lesson. And the inconsistency is just absurd. I have already invested almost a month and money and I keep hoping it will get better but I am not keeping my hopes up.

It depends, there two types of membership. Group lessons or 1 on 1. Group lessons are cheaper around $75 per month size class is around 3 - 4 students. 1 on 1 is around $125 per month.

I would like to know if they teach classes for children of one and a half years and how much does it cost not in a group

Their Parent-Tot classes are for children under two years old, they are 30 minutes long and there's up to 8 in the group. They do take infants in private and that session lasts 20 minutes, one day a week. You are billed for the whole month in advance. My son is 9 now, and his private lessons are 180 a month. They pro rate if your lesson falls on a holiday, and they credit you a make-up token if it is cancelled or you have to cancel a class for any reason given it's within their cancellation timeframe. They are the BEST, technique and focus on safety is top notch. We have been swimming with them for many years! I highly recommend you take advantage of their free trial lesson and see for yourself. Hope this helps :-)
