Luis Torres came to to install internet in my home today. The service was excellent, Luis was professional and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the installation. He answered all of my questions, without making me like I was taking too much of his time. Thank Broadband for the excellent work you do. You need at least 100 more technicians like Mr. Torres.

Our family has had this service for the last several years. We've cut the cable/dish cord years ago. We stream in HD and have no issues with lag unless two TV's are streaming HD. Have we had issues? Yes. But it only has happened a few times and some of the issues were on our end. They do answer your calls on the weekend. Leave a message. They do call you back. I think they could be cheaper on the price but overall we are satisfied with their service and will continue to use them. They have updated their system and our equipment. It has worked as flawless as it can since then and still fast.

I was trying to play this new game my grandson got me on the interwebbs and the game kept loading, I called the game store and they told me they don’t sell that game. The game is BackdoorSluthes 9. I called my interwebb provider and he told me that I need to pay him more money for better speeds. After much debate he told me that I Do Da Cha Cha like a Wittle girl. I was very upset so I asked if he accepts other forms of payment. He said he has a tampon collection that he has been collecting for 6 years. I asked if I supplied him tampons in lieu of payment would he bump my speeds. He said he would need $60 plus 1 box of tampons with 3 used in every box each month. I asked if his mucus membranes would solidify if I got him these pons? He said his attorney Slick Duce-man would go over the new contract. We both agreed with this alternative payment plan so we are all good now. Great service!!

WA Broadband has always been professional, and willing to work with us. They are accommodating and they are the best service plan for where we live. I am not tech savy and they are always kind and understanding when I need help. Also, the billing department is good to work with and flexible. Thanks WA Broadband!!
