I’ve shipped here before and the service is okay but today I had an unpleasant experience. I had a bit of a wait, which I understand because they are short staffed and busy. After waiting , I am next at the counter to ask some questions about corporate documents and shipping. Dori starts off by avoiding eye contact and being short and dry with me. Okay, I guess, I ask my questions and as she tells me the envelopes are behind me. As I turn around to continue our transaction and conversation, she starts chit chatting with another women who walked in, I am assuming either a friend or family member since they were speaking the same language. After waiting a few minutes and just staring at both of them because I was in the middle of a conversation with Dori, she then walks away for another few minutes. Another employee is watching the whole interaction and apologizes. Then Dori has the audacity ask who’s next , as I am standing right there in the middle of the store staring at her. I speak up and let her know that we were not done . Dori, I’m not sure if you’re the owner or just an experienced representative, but this experience paints Oceanside’s postal annex as a place that quite frankly does not care about their clients. Please, do better.

I only use this location to ship all my packages. They have their customers best interest at heart, and they really care. I tell all my family and friends about them! I also run a small business and need to ship a lot of items and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are the best! Go see Evelyn, she’s the best!

I love this place my son and myself have been using the business for many years now I have been totally satisfied I love all the little trinkets and cards that they have there while waiting usually don't have to wait that long customer service has been awesome and they always offer extras just in case you need them things that you don't think about which are add on sales but still sometimes you just want to get in and out and if they bring it to your attention great business for them and I'm so glad that I'm not forgetting something so thanks for helping me remember.

I have shipped twice from this location. My first experience with this location during the holiday season was great. My package was delivered via DHL express in an appropriate and timely manner. The individual helping me was so kind and helpful! However my second experience was not as great. The individual helping me during check out was still super nice and helpful! I paid almost $300 to ship DHL express again, but this time my package sat in this location for 2 days before it was picked up. I had to reach out to the location multiple times, as well as speak with two different individuals neither of which took a accountability. I would hope if a package is left sitting for an extended amount of time, effort is made to notify the customer and reach out to the carrier as well as compensation for not delivering on their express services. Highly recommend trying different methods of shipping.
