Every single person working at this agency acts like you, the customer is stupid and we all should know the process and regulations like they do. I truly dread dealing with them

Do not go to this location. The worker there named Susie is extremely rude and extremely slow.

I stopped to get help with a lost title to my car. The first lady was already helping someone else, and she just asked me to have a seat, they'd be with me shortly. She was very nice. Then I had another woman call me over to the desk (sorry, didn't get names and didn't see any name plates). She is why I won't go back. Condescending, rude, and spoke to me like I was five. I was told I needed more documentation, was about to call my husband to bring it was told to "hurry up" because the place she needed to call was closing in 20 minutes. I asked for my ID back and said I was going elsewhere because she was rude. The woman said, "Fine. You just didn't hear what you wanted. I'm not being rude." Really? I was ready to do business, but why pay to get treated with disrespect? Explained I was going to tell everyone I knew about my experience. Her answer? "Go ahead. I don't care." I guess when you're the only game in town, you can treat people however you want.

This notary has been screwing around my daughter's title since March 1, and she still has not received it. Says it maybe lost in Harrisburg. The woman dealing with my daughter (Carol) has nothing but excuses, but makes no effort to resolve the issue! I would never send anyone to this Notary, and this woman needs to lose her job. Is there someone in charge of this totally useless office? -3 stars

Questions & Answers

My license plate has the top of the plate lifting off of the metal part of the plate. Not just a part but all of it. What do i do ? Should i just leave it that way or do i have to get a new plate?

Get a new plate. Its free but you have to get a form and have it signed off on that the plate is defective from a police officer. Its actually more common thank you'd think. I just had mine done. You can actually get a ticket if becomes unreadable and you don't apply for a free replacement

how is payment made cash, check , or card
