Probably the cleanest beach I’ve been to in California. All my life, my family has struggled with going to the beach. Either there’s no parking, too crowded, dirty, or all of the above. With this being a state park, you do have to pay for parking. But for $20 a day, I’d say it’s worth it. They do have a shuttle service to take you from the parking lot to the entrance of the beach. That’s $1.50 per person. They have a restaurant and bar on the beach. A little pricey. But good. You’re paying for convenience. Honestly, the vibe here is nice. There’s a resort across the street, so a lot of the tourist that come are pretty “boujee.” Definitely recommend going on their website to learn more about this beach. “No Dogs Allowed”

Wonderful place to have a serious walk. Both paved trails and also big stretch of beach for a nice one hour walk. Do it early on the morning yo avoid the sun.

Always love spending time here. Parking is $15 unless you have a state beach pass. There are several parking lots within each entrance. Pelican point entrance has the best tide pools and also a great wooden boardwalk to the beach. Reef point has a public restroom down on the Beach near the Moro Campground. Views are spectacular from anywhere 💯❤️☺️🙏

Dogs are NOT allowed at this beach. Only at trails above the beach. I take my dog to the Huntington Dogs Beach to run off leash.

Yrs, Crystal Cove is open; you can swim, walk, lay on the beach.
There are no fire pits on the beach. There are picnic areas, but they are about 1.5 miles away from the water.
I celebrated my 14 year old's birthday there. I didn't get prior permission but no one told us we couldn't.
$5 per hour for a max $15 for the day. There's a walking trail to the beach, or you can take the tram for $1.
Well, there are several signs that explicitly forbade beach-goers from taking shells. Whether or not those signs reflect actual codes (legally binding rules) I do not know.
Sorry no. There is a restaurant, a gift shop, and cottage rentals .
