Absolutely will never set foot back in this place, especially to purchase a boat. As a certified Regal dealer, you would think they could assist a Regal boat owner. One that still is under warranty at that. Nope, they are “not currently accepting new service customers.” Apparently, it’s like joining a country club to have your boat looked at. Thank you for the totally unnecessary 3 hour trip to the next closest Regal dealer.

Wow. These people just don’t care about you. They will do anything to nickel and dime you. When I rented the boat the total was $600 for a day and a overnight. We got back the charge us for a seat that were broken on the boat when we rented it but looked fine in the original pictures. We asked the boats guys on the docks if we would be charged and they said “your good nobody checks anyway” sure enough they hit us with a $600 extra charge. To say the least the management (aka Morgan) didn’t help us at all. Would not recommend this pace at all. We picked it cuz of good reviews but it was not a good experience. I have been coming here my whole life and have never experienced a scam like this one.

My only experience with boating was a few rentals during my summer trips to DCL. In 2018, I purchased my first. I shopped at a couple of different dealers in the area but found the service here while shopping was a step above. Over the past two summers, my initial impression has been confirmed. Kim Green is amazing, she is wealth of knowledge about boating in general and knows a ton about the boats that have been sold from Deep Creek Marina. My experience in the parts department has been equally great, Tim is always super helpful and awesome. The absolute icing on the cake is the fantastic, unbelievable service that you receive at the the Deep Creek Marina Club which is a benefit of owning a boat and storing a boat from DC Marina. The "club" is our go to stop on the lake because of the amazing service of Vickie Buckel. This is a benefit that no one else offers and I won't shop anywhere else because of it.

We've been doing business with them for seven seasons. Considering we just traded our first boat purchase in with them for our second boat purchase, I'd say we've been pleased with Deep Creek Marina. Kim is the best! She is sincerely nice-----whether you come with good news or an issue. Kim is knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, etc. Buying a boat from her was a fun and easy experience! We have a slip with Deep Creek Marina, store our boat with them, have them do all the maintenance on it, and Kim has always been our contact person. It's been a positive experience.
