I would go inside the food pantry or contact them for qualification details. It is determined by income. You'll need to show recent bank statement or paystub showing income and utility bill for proof of residence.
From what I believe, you can volunteer. If you are seeking employment they do offer job leads.
Monday - Thursday 8am - 2pm (back door). Non-expired food only
There are bins outside entrance to St Martha Catholic Church just up the street on Whitewood where non-perishables can be dropped off.
They stop letting cars in at 10:30 am. Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Food distribution is on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the morning.
Call 211 and they will lead you to the right place for your area
Food is donated by church members along with local businesses and food bank.
No, next pick-up will be on Thursday, January 2nd, the only day for food distribution that week then normal schedule on Wed and Thurs resumes the following week.
The Food Bank can always use Top ramen, beans, rice, pastas, canned goods & misc. Toiletries. Call for best days to donate although the pantry is open Monday & Thursday.
