Lady is very rude to customers…. No customer service at all. While waiting another came up on a bike & asked her to take a look at his phone & she never got up from behind the window, she just began yelling at him. I don’t care what business you own or manage, or how fast or good you are, customers service is very huge & is part of the deal.

Cracked the glass on my back camera for my phone. Apple, Best Buy & AT&T all wouldn’t even give me fixing that as an option, they all tried to make me buy a new phone. The woman here only charged me $60 for the repair and it was done in 2 hours. Anyone in the Long Beach area, I definitely recommend here📱.

She does not honor her 30 day warranty. She put a new screen on my phone (for $250+!!) and within the 30 day warranty the screen started fizzling out. It wasn't dropped or didn't get wet. Nothing damaged it ever. Screen just started flickering. She refused to honor her warranty and fix it without charging another $250!!! Shady business. The warranty clearly states the screen is covered for 30 days, but nope. It's a lie.
