Early March we made arrangements to purchase and ship an engine for our 2013 F150 3.5 TURBO. Due to worker shortage the engine did not ship until 3/16. We expected to receive it the following Monday 3/22 or Tuesday. However T-FORCE Freight (previously UPS Freight)lost track of the pallet - shipped it elsewhere. It was not until the following week that our pallet turned up in Denver for us to pick it up from the terminal. It was also considerably damaged in shipping. Jordan Auto helped push T-FORCE to find our shipment as well as worked with us on the damage end of the engine. Jordan's sent us a fair credit to cover parts and labor needed to get the engine back up to working condition and did not make us wait for the claim to be settled with T-FORCE. We would definitely use Jordan's Auto again.

Great service , very friendly and helpful. Talked to them on the phone had parts I needed. I live a little over 2 hours away drove there and they helped me get the parts out I needed. Came home and realized I forgot one of the parts. (My fault) called them and they said they would mail me the part. I offered to pay for shipping and they refused for me to pay for shipping. 2 days later part was delivered to my front door. Now that’s customer service. Highly recommend.

They were a pleasure to deal with. Went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone from the wrenchers in the yard to the sales force and sales manager were pleasant, friendly, and went out of the way to make sure everything was right.
