My 1st time there, it didn't disappoint. Service was friendly, food was fresh and tasty. Farm fresh eggs and bacon really make a difference over grocery store ingredients. The salt rising bread paired perfectly with the tomato gravy (like a tomato bisque with fresh chunks of tomato). Weather today was perfect, and the peaceful atmosphere of the grass and trees and creek and ducks... highly recommend a visit.

Such a neat cozy place! Super close to the creek. They have in house salt raised bread! Soooo good🤤. Baked goods are mega tasty and amazingly delicious!! Also, they have indoor & outdoor dining with a small gazebo table area, very scenic. Employees/cooks were super nice, knowledgeable, fast, and amazing.

I've wanted to try salt rising bread for years and was delighted to discover that Rising Creek both had it and along our route. Definitely a recommended stop for any bread enthusiast passing through the area who's interested in unique regional styles.

Came because of reviews, will return because the food is awesome!!! Breakfast choices are priced right and are soooo good. Outside seating only, after you order, in a beautiful creekside setting. Then grab some bread and bakery goods before you head home. Such a good thing they have going here, no wonder they are opening a second location in Morgantown soon!
