I have been to a lot of venues for weddings, conferences, and other events, often with buffet and other meal and beverage styles across the country for work and family. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities and layout as well as the buffet dinner. Usually buffets have over steamed and tasteless vegetables, bagged lettuce salads that taste of preservatives, and dry poultry or fish and overcooked beef. In contrast, every element was fresh and tasty, the chicken and beef were tender and savory, and more. Felt more like a large homey party space than the warehouse feel of some other locations. I would highly recommend The Villa. Oh, and I worked to get flowers delivered and the darn online company required a name in addition to address. I called and got the chef my chance and he offered his name to help me, clearly beyond his duties. I hung up only to find i needed a first and last name of someone there and I mentioned that to the next person who picked up and it was the owner who graciously gave me his full name for the delivery. They took the hassle out of this delivery and it was most appreciated.

The worst experience I’ve had on a very important night. Tim (the owner) was SO disrespectful to the crowd and staff it made everyone feel very uncomfortable. I really hope this was a one time occurrence because nobody’s night should be ruined by someone that’s been hired to make a night special. Think twice before moving forward.
