Since Sydney Grace left the salon customer service has been terrible. I’ve always called whenever I needed to cancel an appointment. It wasn’t until managers Angela and Justin took over the salon that I noticed a huge change in the hospitality of the place. I over slept for an appointment and called at the time that the dog should have been checked in. After speaking to rude Angela who states she has been with the company for 14 years and I hope she sees 15 lied that I was actually speaking to her and placed me on hold for 6 minutes while I waited for another very unprofessional associate by the name of Justin who took the phone. No one understands third shift life and accidents do happen. I do not recommend this place and will be calling corporate to speak to these associates about proper customer handling. These people act like they own the place!

Amber P. did an AMAZING job grooming our pup! She was very friendly, thorough, and detailed. Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend Amber she is extremely talented at what she does!!

I have a slightly disabled dog who cannot stand for long periods of time. I have been taking her to Petsmart for grooming for 12 years, and 11 of those years she has been disabled. Today they refused to groom her. They said not being able to stand is a sign of severe stress. I told them she is disabled. This is discrimination. They were able to groom her 2 months ago and for all these years. Now we have to find somewhere else to take her.

Was looking for a portable dog carrier for my small dog. There was a mesh one with zippers and what not, but it was 84.00$ so I ended up getting the plastic carrier for way cheaper. The only thing I didn’t like was they were way expensive for something I could of found at Walmart. The ladies room didn’t have paper towels. Great operating hours.
