This place had a very nice Staff. I was in to return my sons T-shirt without a receipt. They gave me store credit without any hassles and he was able to get a T-shirt that was more to his liking. This place is friendly, clean, organized and well staffed.

The Hot Topic Brea location is my favorite. Everytime we go in we are always greeted and everyone that works there is so helpful and they always make you feel comfortable. All of the employee's talk to you and show you merchandise you might like and are just as excited talking about it as you are. That day Sara, a gentleman I didn't get his name and a girl with pink hair we're AMAZING!!! I appreciate all of you that work there! Thank you for your amazing service. I'll be back for more goodies!!!

I’m someone who doesn’t usually do reviews however this HT and the staff are fantastic and very very patient! I came in two different days and both times the staff did amazing! On the first day(feb. 14th) the two girls who had helped me that day were amazing! One had helped me find a Tokyo Ghoul Sweatshirt which I was super excited about! The other girl with the rainbow hair answered some questions that I had as well and was very helpful. All the staff that day were very kind and welcoming as a whole. The second day I had come in to do an exchange for a small size denim vest that I had purchased the first day because I was too large. The second day there was quite a mix up with addresses and accounts and we had to do a lot of flip flopping. There was a I believe a new girl in training, working with either a shift lead or manager who was helping her. I felt bad about making it so complicated but we completely worked it out and I appreciated and still appreciate how helpful they were. Thank you HT staff! Keep rockin it and stay safe and healthy out there! <3
