Nice quiet resident area. Know a couple of friends that live here and they enjoy it. Seems ok to place to live the kids are not too crazy with a high school down the street and a main road leading right to the main entrance which can make it difficult to enter or exit but that's only if your not use to coming and going. Other then that it has a tennis ball court and a place for wall ball.

Shame on management. they put the blade in the entrance of the property and it made two tires of my car flat ! I am uber driver and came for the first time in the property and was not familiar with the area .

I have lived here in the park the last five years and Robin and Jim have done an outstaning job of keep the park up. It is very quite here and we love it. This park is the best one in the area not includinging the 55 + park. The new owners are making the park look much nicer by moving out the older aluminium style mobile homes and replacing them with the newer styled homes, which make the park look much nicer. The park manager is a little harsh at times and very selective with whom she lets move in the park, but that is why we dont have many issues in our park.

ghetto! avoid avoid avoid! the police are here on calls almost every day and night. terrible parking for both residents and especially guests. 20+ year old mobile trailers that are falling apart. 2 stars instead of 1 because they have a tennis court and pool although they close at 9. same for the club house, where you're forbidden from using the A.C., fridge, and have to bring your own cue sticks.
