The manager, David, was very helpful in accommodating our large group for my daughters birthday. He mentioned they were a little short staffed, but we never would have noticed as our server was very attentive! David even stopped by at the end to check on us and offered us a tour of the brewery which we took. Overall a great experience, great food, and a great pond view!

I do enjoy their beer and their outdoor area is fantastic. I was disappointed in the new indoor build though. I was hoping for some cozy seating, and maybe some games, and pool tables, but it’s just another everyday loud and noisy brewery with metal chairs and metal tables and lots of echoing sounds. Hard to hear and be comfortable.

Busy Saturday night for dinner but were able to be seated quickly. The Bistro Burger is great but a little gooey so have extra napkins. The wedge salad was all right but not too different than what I expected. Portions were generous for both items. Nice staff and service.

1st time visitors to Mt. Carmel tonight. We had the pretzels and cheese for an appetizer and a cold Teds Amber Ale. Dinner was a Bistro Burger for me and wife had the Grilled Cheese and we split an order of truffle fries. We really enjoyed the dinner and the ambiance of the restaurant. But what made it a 5 ⭐️ versus a 4 was the waitress. Being new we had lots of questions and she was super nice and answered them all… we’ll be back.
