I go to Jones Lumber because they got a large selection of items I give them that!.. but the service is not that great at least to me, the young folks at the counter are just gossiping between them and it takes a while for you to place an order and when you finally get your order done the wait for your material to arrive is pretty long, I waited a bit more than thirty mins for two sheets of MDF, I noticed customers complaining that their order was ridiculously late. Unfortunately is the only place I can find my MDF.

This is my third or fourth time coming to Jones Lumber. The staff members are welcoming and they always look after you. Mr. Perez always ask questions to make sure you are getting what is needed and the best price possible. . There is always a friendly conversation and great customer service. Also their prices are better that the other commercial stores.

Living in L.A allmost all my life. And i finely had the opportunity to go jones lumber. Looking for a coustom 2''×10''×10' red wood. Found it. Whit that good help of the worker thanks for the help. And good service. I just want said this place is so big and so much to get i love it.

They are terrible here! they are big lumber company that uses there retail area to dump damaged goods. People - inspect your wood before you sign or take delivery. They sold me crap and wouldn't give me back my cash$ and know I have to waist more time with there office people to get a check.... Uneducated, NONE Mannered retards here...
