General atmosphere was nice. Top floor has video games, roller rink, laser tag, bumper cars and a few bowling lanes. Bottom floor has more bowling lanes. Food and drinks available on both floors. Bathrooms easily accessible and clean on both floors. Kids had a blast even though the bumper cars they rode in shut down mid-ride. Staff seems consistently overwhelmed and understaffed, but still helpful. Would give more stars if leadership was present and had more staff on hand. Otherwise, a great place to have fun!

Dusty Sands

First time in here since the reopening. Gotta say I was impressed. We bought a wrist band pass for the evening. It was $21.50 a person and was definitely the most bang for your buck. It included laser tag, bumper cars, roller skating and a round of bowling. Some other feature in the pass included a vr roller-coaster and a few other. There is a pay to play arcade and concessions stand. All of that is just up stairs. The down stairs still has all the bowling alleys with an impressive rehab of once was. They do birthday parties so this could be an option down the line.

The place has really changed since the last time I was here. The place used to be what I would call a "dive bowling alley" now I would say it's been remodeled to be more family friendly and welcoming. The bar was being installed when I was here but everything looked great and significantly improved.

Last night 10 of us went and asked for 2 lanes. A girl wrote down My brothers number because their Wi-Fi wasn’t working to add him to the list to wait for lanes. After seeing about 30 people behind us get lanes we went up and asked if they had our information and they confirmed they did. After seeing all of the lanes fill up an an hour and a half go by we asked a second time and the manager confirmed they didn’t have our information and it would be another 20 minutes for lanes After getting there at 8:30 PM and finally getting to Lane‘s at 10 PM we had to clean our own area and throw away stuff from the previous people including their food and beer We put food in and ordered buckets and three of us were charged different amounts for the exact same bucket. When we put in food the ticket and the beeper was given to us so when the beeper never went off we went to check for the food and realized they gave us the ticket they should’ve gave to the cook and never put our food in Three of us was giving two left or two right shoes to have to return three different times. I love the new look of the place but the experience was a nightmare last night and I would’ve thought after that huge mixup and huge wait- something nice would’ve been done to make up for it
