Great park! Lots of room to move around as well as a shelter for picnic/party. The rec equipment seems to be well maintained. I take my kids here a few times a year.

Plenty amenities to satisfy everyone in the family. Bball court, volleyball pit, tennis court, soccer and baseball fields. They even have a stage for the drama queens in your life. We love visiting the park and has always been a favorite for the under 5 group too!

General Ormsby Mitchel Park is a great little park. It has a really nice playground for the kids. There is a large soccer field and baseball field. They have a tennis court that has also been converted to a pickleball court. Close to the tennis courts is a sand volleyball court. There is a covered area for eating.

This is a great local family park. They have multiple play platforms with slides and different climbing stations. There are swings for toddlers, swings for kids and even a patio bench style swing for us old folks! On the side of the playground / picnic area are various courts: volleyball, basketball, etc. Behind the playground are soccer fields. They have multiple picnic areas complete with charcoal grills. The pavilion area can be rented for parties. The grounds are well kept and the restrooms appear to be cleaned on a regular basis. For a free community park, you couldn’t really ask for anything else. This is one of our favorite local getaways!
