Banfield Pet Hospital took such good care of my senior dog on Monday. They were great with taking me through the list of what needed to be done and really made me and my dog feel at ease during the entire process. My dog is resting comfortably and feeling much better! Thank you Banfield Pet Hospital.

The Staff was professional and the veterinarian was very knowledgeable. I wish I could have been there with my dog. They took him inside and I wasn't able to confort him.

We used to love this banfield and I don’t know the name of the doctor we saw today but I was less than impressed to say the least. When we booked the appointment in person for our three dogs we told the receptionist exactly why they were coming in. While I was checking in today I was asked multiple times over and over why each pet was there. The receptionist gave me attitude because I was calling vaccines shots.... my husky has an ongoing ear problem and we’ve only had him for three weeks and it has gotten much better since we rescued him. The vet walked out with cotton swabs with ear wax on them and the look he gave me was degrading to say the least. I explained what we had been doing to help our dogs ears and he treated me like a child the whole visit. I had brought my friend with me to help me handle the dogs because I’m injured and after we left she said “I can’t believe you take your dogs there everyone was so rude to you and treated us like children”. After today I can’t believe we take them there either.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
