A couple of months ago a Rabbi I barely knew came to visit me and told me he didn't have a place to worship for about 6 weeks. I told him, he did have a place to worship, our home which I consider God's home. We worshipped for 6 weeks & every week more people would come over & I loved the people & having a temporary Synagogue right in my own home! And he was the first Mexican Rabbi I had ever met which was awesome!! Madilyn

Do we have to ask permission if we are going to do a picnic in the park ? If so, in what office do we go to?

No i don't think so? Not to picnic" i know to have a big party you would need permission.. Most parks theres a note board where to get permission.
