They recently reduced the amount of business clothes for men. Hardly any button up shirts to choose from. Have to go to the Tyler mall to get something.

If you need an example a FIRST CLASS VIP Customer Service, the this location is it. Melanie was extremely helpful with checking us out, getting the sale prices and discounts, and got credit services together when the newly approved Kohls card wasn't going through. Plus, Xenyla helped us out with our 3rd round of purchases and even told us about a few sale items. The store was organized, great deals and clean.

There is always lots of good stuff to shop for at Kohl's. I appreciate that they use a single line at the check-out, and they seem to have enough checkers currently to handle the line in a reasonable time. The checker reminded us that we should have gotten a coupon code in our email, and sure enough, it was there. We saved 40% or something! There's always something new to find, even if it's just a new shirt or a box of Legos.
