A guy backed up into me while I was pulling out of a gas station. I had to drop the bike not to get run over. One side got some scratches and still looked good and operational. My $300 deposit was gone for just a few scratches. They made it seem like now they’ll have to replace the parts even tho the other bikes also had scratches and other issues as. Horn, lights, issues starting, and fuel gage didn’t work. Before renting the bikes, the other employee said that we won’t loose the deposit for scratches. Major damages and damages that make the scooter none operational will result in losing the deposit.

I LOVE THESE GUYS! I have owned my 150cc scooter for about 2 years now and hands down this is the place to go for any repairs. Their prices are reasonable, the mechanics do what they actually say they’re gonna do, and the staff is always super helpful and understanding. Not to mention here u can get yourself a rental while ur scoot scoot is in the shop!!! Thank you for always having my back fellas!!!!

They don't care about unhappy customers, they are just there to take your money, a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. All employees are very rude and have no consideration, they just speak over you and give you the runaround. We were four minutes late and they accused us that all of our jet skis were not back at the same time (when they were). Then got charged more than what we even originally paid for to rent for an hour. If you're looking for an overall experience of riding a jetski, I would not recommend this company. We paid an outrageous amount of money with additional charges that were not refunded just to idle through the riverway and then tell you that you are breaking the rules. This company sets you up for failure of where they take you. Overall, worst experience, horrible employees, scam artists and outrageous charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We stored luggage here through Bounce.com. David greeted us, asked for the reservation ##, whisked the luggage away, and we were free to go. On our return, David had our bags outside before we finished getting out of the Uber. Then he helped us get an Uber put the bags in the trunk. Above and beyond. Nicest guy. I'd rent equipment from him and feel it's well maintained.
