I'll keep this review short and sweet. The food was good. It's hard to go wrong with their fish dinners. Only downside was I ordered, and payed for an extra cup of lemon pepper seasoning and they forgot to give it to me. There wasn't a line and they weren't busy. So I can't really see why'd they forget an item. And yes, I did verify my total on the receipt to make sure I was charged for it.

I'm a big fried catfish fan and I heard JJ was good. Definitely not anything to look at on the outside or inside but the Fried Catfish fillets were awesome and delicious. Sometimes large catfish fillets can taste "muddy" or fishy, these were not. Two really large fillets and a really generous portion of fries for under $10. I went back a few days later for another order and it was just as good. Served up fresh and hot, I'm a fan of JJ Fish & Chicken.

For a little roadside fast food place, they serve tasty food! The chicken is high quality real chicken not pieces pressed into nugget shapes. The fries are really good too, which to me is very important! If I'm going to waste calories of fast food, it had better be good! And happily this place is worth it! I havent yet tried anything else (the cheese steak, gyro or fish) because I like the chicken so well it's all I keep getting 🤣 If you're in the area and hungry I definitely recommend giving it a try.
