Steve the landlord goes above and beyond to keep these apartments clean! He even sits out in winter storms and snow blows between everyone’s car doors for there safety! Never met a nicer man! Francis the maintenance man is just as helpful! They really go above and beyond to make there tenants happy! I recommend living here:)

We do not accept dogs. However, we do accept cats.
We pay for water, sewage, and garbage. You would pay for electric and cable/internet (if you want it). We are an affordable housing complex so we have a maximum income requirement that is dependent upon the number of people in your household. For a 1 person household, the maximum income (yearly gross income) is $30,840. For a 2 person household, the maximum income (yearly gross income) is $35,220. For a 3 person household, the maximum income (yearly gross income) is $39,600. For a 4 person household, the maximum income (yearly gross income) is $43,980. Etc.

The rent amount is not based on income. However, we have a Maximum Income criteria that must be met. The Maximum Income is based on the number of people that would be in your apartment. Your yearly household income would have to be less than this amount.
You can have a cat. They are 2 and 3 bedrooms.
