It’s a pity how people judge customers. I walked into Gucci and I think I never looked like a potential customer so the sales ladies never came forward to attend to me. So I went over to Burberry and the guy Christian was so nice so I decided to buy my bag from him. Though I was ready to spend $1750 fir what I loved I settled with $900+ just for his customer service.

We bought a Gucci purse and when we got home we discovered it had flaws and the leather was rotten. We took it back to exchange or repair it and Bernard told us that it wasn’t repairable because they didn’t have the materials to do so. They ended up keeping the purse and didn’t refund our money nor gave us any store credit. STAY AWAY from these scammers. Gucci is an overrated brand used by rappers and retailers are selling trashed merchandise. Go to Nordstrom or Macys
