Honestly I'm not sure about this financial institution. It's been almost a year since I started working with them and just recently they told me that they were able to settle. But, only after I constantly had to be calling them and asking them for updates. I still don't know if they actually did settle or not, or just told me that so i don't keep asking them. They still taking the money from my account but i don't see or hear anything. Update: It’s been a little bit over a year. The settlement was finally done. Samantha was definitely a great help and she kept/keeps me updated. It’s great to finally have some peace of mind.
