Two weeks ago I went through the drive through at Mikes Carwash on bridgetown like every morning and when I came out my car was freckled with a clear hard substance that to this day will not come off. I spoke with a manager immediately and we could not get it off. I washed my car again a couple times and came back the next day and spoke with second manager and same problem could not remove substance. So I’ve been on phone with district manager for 2 weeks now and I called today and she didn’t even remember us having multiple conversations to see what we could do to get this substance off my car they suggested originally for me pay to have my car “professionally cleaned” but I pay them a monthly fee for that. So why would I pay someone else to clean my car after mikes car wash this makes no sense. The district manager said I was lying and that the substance didn’t happen from the wash. I explained that it most certainly did as I did not notice this very noticeable substance on my car until I went through that morning. I have a new car I still owe a lot of money on and now it has a hard substance all over the my paint on my entire vehicle. I’m going to have to get there insurance info this is ridiculous. Why would they not help fix a problem that was caused by there equipment. Why won’t they help?

I only went to vacuum out my truck… it’s a narrow space for that and no clear path to exit without getting a car wash. I had to back out because I wasn’t getting a wash. Served it’s purpose. Takes change or card. I paid with a card. Staff flagged me over to the vacuum but didn’t help me while backing out to leave 😂…

10/10 - love how quick and clean it always is at Mike's. And I don't know where they find their staff but they are always the nicest people. Also, I didn't know that my wheels could get this clean. 🙈😅 Great job!

Great prices on wash. I we t in with a very dirty car and man oh man my little car came out super clean. What I saw as I drove through was cute. Definitely plan on heading back.
