The staff is excellent; they do all they can to make sure the jumpers are enjoying themselves (safely) and they are very polite to bystanders. I’m impressed with the staff every time I come here!

Such a fun place! My kids love it. We have been going since they opened and now that we live in Keizer we try to go to mountain air everytime we visit Bend!

I brought my 2.5 year old here for Toddler Time during a recent visit to bend, and we both loved it! He got his energy out for an hour or so, and there were lots of kids his age to play with. The worker (maybe owner?) was very nice and welcoming. We had a great experience, and I can’t wait to go back! There were a few lame duck parents not wearing masks, but we avoided them like the plague because well, there is a plague currently. It wasn’t enough to deter our good time.

Excellent place for anyone to go and have a family friendly experience. Young and old will both appreciate the clean and friendly environment. Perfect for young kids to burn energy. Great for birthday parties. A little expensive the first time you visit but worth it. Beer is also served so adults can relax too.

It cost $12 for an hour per person and the socks cost$3 A pair
I think all jumpers are the same price ... $12/1 hour $17/1.5 hours or $20/2 hours per person (so for 1 hour it would be $60 for your group) If you don't have the anti-static socks you will also need to buy a pair for each jumper

Hi Laura! Under 5 - must have a paid adult jumping with them if they are jumping outside of the toddler court. Ages 5-11 may jump without an adult jumping, but an adult must be present on site. Ages 12 and older may jump without an adult present at the facility.* *All jumpers must have a waiver filled out by an adult legal guardian, so make arrangements to sign the waiver online if you plan to drop older kids off.
Hi Tina, I am sorry we had such a disappointing interaction. It was not my intention for the conversation to end the way it did. That being said, our waiver policy is non negotiable. We cannot allow kids to jump when their waiver is expired or not signed by a legal guardian. As it stands right now, our liability waiver does not allow for grandparents to sign for grandkids. It's to big of a liability for us and the kids. I would have hoped to have a better resolution and I am happy to meet with you and discuss further. Eliot

I think that's why they have the big air bag.
You will have to call them and ask i would say 16 or older .
They do have a separate area for toddlers & they can also use the larger areas!

I believe we bounced for 2 hours for 20 dollars. Do yourself a favor and fill out the waiver online before you go.
