Doesn’t even deserve a one star. I will NEVER step foot into this store or any Kohl’s ever again in my life. The beginning of May, my family and I went to try on dresses for my baby shower. At first I dismissed being watched because I knew I was taking forever and being completely indecisive about why to wear that didn’t make me look fat. However, during checkout I realized my family and myself was indeed being profiled by the manager. Again I thought maybe it was just my hormones but NOPE! Yesterday I sent my fiancé inside to do an Amazon return for me. He came back and told me the lady he asked for help from just interrupted him before he could even finish his sentence and quickly pushed him off. I am beyond furious at the fact this store and it’s staff are the biggest racist bigots I’ve even seen in my life!

Was in Kohls in Stow today on my lunch where i shop a couple times a month was in shoe department to buy shoes trying to find someone for over 20 mins walking around to men's-appliances-jewelry finally found a employee coming in the store from outside delivering packaged to someone's car she was very nice called someone to meet me in shoes so i went back over to the shoe department to meet someone found a employee and ask her if she was working in shoes she said no she did not work in shoes but she would help me when she had a time i said I've been looking for someone for over 20 mins and she had an attitude immediately and said what do you want i said i would shop somewhere else and put the 2 pair of shoes down and left. There were 2 other women waiting for help in shoes with me at this time i called the store when i left to talk with the manager his name was KENT as i told him i was walking around the store for over 20 mins looking for someone he cut me off right then said i yelled at his employee and hung up on me I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been going to this store for over 10 yrs and never ever have been treated this way this is WRONG !! I called Kohls cooperate office and left a message to call me. Iam not one to complain but have worked retail my entire life. How do people expect the public to purchase from your business for 10 yrs and get treated like this. Its called bad management !!!!!! If Kent was doing his job i wouldn't be writing this. So hopefully cooperate looks at the camera to see what's going on with their stores. Just looked at Stow Kohls reviews i guess iam not the only one complaining.

I used to love Kohls. But my recent shopping experience is just not so pleasant. The place is very messy. Some toys and boxes of toys were put on the floor at the toy section. The racks and aisles are so close to each other making the passway very narrow. It is difficult to navigate in the store without bumping into racks or merchandise. I can't imagine how inconvenient for anyone with a stroller or wheelchair to get through. They have more display items and great deals, but they need to either expand their store or have a better arrangement. The check out line and return line are also very long. Although Kohls have awesome coupons, it definitely takes more time shopping there than other stores and I just hate very crowded aisles and racks. Update: I went there recently. The aisles are much winder. The clothes are arranged better too. The toy sections are still somehow messed up. I bought a winter coat and pants. The total price is around $200 and I have a 40% off coupon hoping to save $80. But this coupon didn't apply to the items I bought and I was told coupons can't be used for some merchandise. I paid the full price because I had already spent the whole morning to find the pieces that fit and I like. Not very pleased. I suggest you scan your items by your phone first to check if your coupons can be applied to the items or not.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes while the manager talked to two associates, instead of dealing with customers. Also, the 40% off coupon is mostly BS. Pretty everything they have is on "sale". I spent $180 on miscellaneous items and my 40% off coupon got me an ENTIRE $7 OFF!!! I used to love Kohl's... Blah
