I actually called Computer ER accidentally thinking it was a local store but it turned out to be 45 minutes away. George ask me what was the problem and he told me that he would be able to fix that remotely. He guided me to install a remote support program and a little over an hour later the computer was fixed and I didn't even had to leave my chair! He showed me how I can disconnect him immediately if I didn't feel comfortable during the process and he was explaining what is happening the whole time. Thank you for staying after closing time.
