bought a phone from here about a month ago and it’s the worst phone i’ve ever had . can’t even be on a phone call without leaving the phone plugged to a charger because it overheats and shuts off.. was told a new battery was put it but it dies within 3 hours. i would’ve tried returning it my son dropped it and put a little crack in it before i could :( i had high hopes but just wish the phone was better for $300

Bad luck when I dropped my phone today but called Mobile iRepair. They told me how inexpensive it was to replace screen so I stopped in, 15 minutes later good to go 👍👍👍👍

The man I met when I first entered the business, made me very uncomfortable. He was very incoherent and unprofessional. Then I met the person actually in charge of this business when I came in the second time to fix my phone. His knowledge, his customer service, was off the charts. This guy single handedly changed my entire experience at this shop from 0 stars to 5. If you could keep a tighter leash on the gentleman that was clearly self medicated, this place is a gem to akron. An honest hard working man that knows cell phones. I will definitely be back, but hopefully not get the guy I got the first time lol. I would recommend it, 5 stars.
