Every time I’ve gone here to get exrays or cat-scan everyone is always been so friendly. They go through step by step with you and make you feel comfortable and they are so understanding if you are worried or have any concerns or questions. The staff is so amazing. I got in right away and it’s fast.

I had an an appointment on a Sunday at 12 pm.The options for scheduling are amazing! I arrived very early and the patient access specialist at the front desk communicated with the imaging technician and I was able to have my procedure early. Unfortunately I don't remember names, but I was very impressed with the empathy and professionalism of both employees I dealt with.

There's a parking garage, which usually spits out a ticket you can then get validated at Oregon Imaging Center. So it's free, covered and there's usually plenty of it.
Contact the ordering provider or Center directly, for individual details & specific to your procedure (i.e. full body, head or hand).
You contact were you had Your yestd done, &ask them to send you a Compaint form. Or go to were you had the test done fill out the forms there.... Hope l have been. Helpful. Take care..
