The "new " manager is a rude piece of work, I went out of my way to thank him 2 (two) times. No response, I had to holler to get a young new girls attention just to get a couple of packs of ketchup !!! I will be looking for a new McDonald's !

Rode by here and on the way back stopped in to grab a bite while on a motorcycle quick. Only had cash on me and wasn’t able to order because they only take kiosk orders inside which means they only take cash through the drive thru I was told. Really? Can’t take cash inside? Well needless to say I kept riding on to another establishment that will take my money on the inside so i don’t have to juggle my meal and a drink from the drive thru just to park and eat inside.

I know the service industry is a drag, I did it for years. However, when you short change someone a couple of dollars the first reaction is not to cop an attitude. Bad food with service to match.

Way too slow for "fast food". 20 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I left. The guy at the window should take the massive wages he is making and buy some personality, kindness and throw in some thank yours. You raised the pay to get help and not one bit better than a $5.00 an hour employee. I wish you would close up and go out of the fast food business all together. Train your people before putting them out to the public.
