Went in with my system completely out disconnected wires out all clean. Guy with glasses denied service stating that since my system was gutted already his tech guy wouldn't know whats what and thats where I was confused because I know he didn't listen to me because I told him I'm from Miami Florida and Miami Florida and my family members own audio shops down there and I had people here in Spokane and in Pasco and in Yakima say they could do the job I showed them videos and photos photos and any audio Tech could rewire a radio up By just knowing the colors of the wires. He kept trying to get me to buy a hole re wire job and buy there products. Because I had a radio already just wasn't wired up. He stated since I already have a radio they couldn't. So it was between me having a radio already, having my dash gutted already & be having my subs & amp already wired to my battery. They denied me service. I feel it was because I wasn't trying g to get a hole job done. I bet if I would of said ill buy new subs a new radio and pay to wire all the new stuff up they would of did the job since I was buying it from them because aint no way a audio tech wouldn't know how to wire up a gutted dash already. Because they do.

Horrible customer service. Petty and belligerent at the front desk, no desire to have more work or take care of customers at the repair/install desk. I won't buy there in future. Good business is about being a good community member.

Positive Review for Steiner Electronics!! I went in with a blown out subwoofer and Scott (I believe was his name) was very helpful. He was able to get me set up with a new subwoofer and was knowledgeable on what could cause the issue that I was having. Their prices are very reasonable, and they are there for their customers! Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a sound system for their car, or home!

I've had good experiences shopping here. Always knowledgeable and willing to help with anything I've bought from them and tried ;) to hook up myself. The few times I couldn't figure it out myself, I was happy to pay them to connect it for me. I had a case of that last week and they helped me out of a jam. Will definitely go back.

When I got my new system in, my back door lock didn't work. As they put in new speakers, they asked me if I wanted it fixed. I said, "Yes!" And it's been working perfecrly since! 😁
Typically because they are usually booked up with installations they will have to schedule you for another day but you may get lucky
