Son is sick, I try calling to schedule appt with his PCP, nobody answers the call, but a message says I can leave a message and get a call back. We head to the facility to try and get a same day appt. At least 6 women sitting around registration area chatting about their weekend, nobody turns around to assist us until conversation is over. Registration woman cannot give us a same day appointment or even see the schedule she say. So she calls scheduling from her desk, also gets no answer. Uses her computer chat to contact scheduling and finds out there are no same day appointments available. (This is at 8am, what time do I need to call to get a SAME DAY appointment?) So in order to get my sick child seen today, we must use the ER. Here are pictures from the ER waiting room first thing in the morning.Hungry anyone, they provide half eaten cookies! Ewww!! This place is a mess in terms of business practices for scheduling as well as customer service, cleaning, etc. All the ER staff are travelers and it shows in their patient care or lack of it. Maybe that’s why routine medical care gets funneled through the ER via not answering phones in scheduling or having no same day appointments available. . . So that patients can be billed for higher rates under ER coding to pay the high costs of bringing in traveling clinical staff instead of retaining local clinicians. A scam if you ask me. I looked all over online to submit my feedback to CHN management, but couldn’t find a single place to submit feedback to management so I hope they see this public review and take some action.

On Friday evening December 10 I was taken by ambulance to the Curry Health Urgent Care for a life-threatening problem. I am giving a 5-Star rating for the excellent professional and compassionate treatment I was given, which helped save my life. Am glad I am here to usher in the New Year 2022

I had an excellent experience in the urgent care. I was seen promptly, the NP was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind, compassionate and thorough. I needed an x-ray which was done promptly, and the clinic called me that afternoon with the results.

If I could give any less stars I would. My husband recieved terrible care from Dr Patricia S Rotter. He was ignored when telling her his symptoms and only minor tests were done. When I was allowed back, I asked questions, and was met with condescending answers and treated like a bother. My husband was left out in a hallway and not hooked up to any monitoring systems after fainting, seizing, and hitting his head(with a prior brain injury). The staff was made aware of all of this early on. His nurse Jody and the CMA Anna were just as inconsiderate and dismissive. We refuse to use these services again and he is still experiencing symptoms but was discharged the same night under false and dismissive diagnosis.

Do you have insurance of any kind? It will depend on what is wrong, what labs are done if any and if you will need antibiotics.
