My family and I have been coming to Midas in Conway as long as I can remember and they have always been professional and show that they care. Dave, Eric, and all the mechanics strive to do the best job and make sure everything is safe and I know I can trust the work that is done every time. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to explain the issue, give honest advice, and strive to get you back on the road as fast and safely as possible. I've had nothing but trouble out of my 2010 Nissan for about 3 months now. The guys down at the Midas near Conway, especially Dave and Eric, not only coached me through the issues but followed up extensively with me to make sure my vehicle wasn't continuing to have problems. If there were more stars, I'd give em, but there isn't. Most service shops only want your money and don't care about you, but not these guys.

Dave is always extremely helpful and shows me what the issues are and talks it over and explains everything to me. I've never had an issue at midas, with a caring and extremely friendly crew along with the best prices in the area and the never lie about broken parts... I am a returning customer EVERY time I need something done! Honestly the best auto repair place in the local area... wont go anywhere else because I've been blatantly lied to everywhere else!
