Worst experience ever, I ordered a #3 with a large strawberry FROSTY not some strawberry drink (which I decided to just throw in the trash) and was givin a small frosty. If you can get an order right next time then I’m just going to drive by the window and chuck the food and drink back through the window and take my service to the milltown Wendy’s because at least they don’t need hearing aids and are faster with the food. If this Wendy’s wants to apologize then say it on a phone call or to my face because it’s ridiculous.

Went to this Wendy’s because it was the only place open this late at night. Their website says that they close at 1am, me and my friends got into the drive thru line at 12:20! When we pulled up to the speaker they told us they were closed because of short staff, even though they just served the 4 cars infront of us! Needless to say we will not be back at this Wendy’s! I understand there is a shortage of workers right now, but it doesn’t look good when you serve the cars in front of us and then all of a sudden are closed because your “short staffed” with 20 minutes till close

I ordered a crispy chicken combo, with root beer and 2 sides of liquid cheese. I waited for it. When he brought it out my drink was missing. He was very nice went and got it. I checked my bag 1 more time. My cheese was missing. He went back in to get it. Apologizes and brings me a cookie and explains they were under staffed. I understand. I get home and my crispy chicken sandwich which was to just be a regular was A spicy chicken and I couldn't eat it. I had to throw. It way.

It was terrible! Poor service. Guy messed up order. One person out front to wait on people and 5-6 people back in prep area yelling at each other. One girl manager??? Yelling loudly at people. Dining area a mess. Pop machine covered in dried pop down the front. No napkins. Catsup area a mess!
