Hershberger's Bakery is a favorite place for our family. We really enjoyed all the baked good we bought there. The animal area is always fun.

The petting zoo was perfect! My kids loved every minute of being there. The grocery store is great. The baked goods were delicious. My favorites were the peacocks and maple candy!

Awesome place to spend a day! Lots to see and do. 1. Petting area with lots of neat farm animals. Some very unique ones you don't normally see. 2. Gift shop with lots of hand made items. 3. Bake shop and fresh produce. Well worth stopping in! Fun for all ages!

Beautiful experience for kids and adults alike. Locally manufactured goods and food in the stores with the highlight being the massive petting zoo, of course! You can buy vegetables for the animals (at super fair prices!) to feed, pet & cuddle them. Inside was also a huge canary aviary where the birds sat on your hands to pick some of the greens. Horses, sheep, goats, bulls, alpacas, pigs, chicken, turkeys, … it’s awesome! If that’s not enough: enjoy the beauty of the Amish countryside frequented by their classy horse carriages.

They have a wide variety of fruit pies. That are done fresh daily until they run out. Peach is big right now.
I was just down there on Wednesday and saw a sign that they are closed today for Good Friday but don't know about Monday. As suggested below, I would give them a call just to be on the safe side.

Formerly free, but now is $3/person, free only for age 2 and under. You can also purchase a season pass for $10. They also have animal feeding options (cone with pellets & small boat of carrot chips): $2 ea or 3 for $5 The number of animals has increased: Horses, ponies, cows, pigs, miniature pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, llamas, ducks, peacocks, enclosed misc birds, and more ... many included babies.
When is the last day the petting zoo is open?
$3 per person plus food.. big carrots for $1. Carrot slices 2 containers for $1.00. pellets 3 for $5. Wagon rides $6
