Beware when you get here on Mondays and Thursday's the jacuzzi is down but they tell you on the phone at the front desk it's up and running when its not. I seem it first hand, there is lack of good customer service at this location. Other locations offer better services to there customers.

The recent actions of 24 to no longer keep to the promise of their namesake aside, this location is especially ridiculous. Even though they state their hours until 10pm, which is absolutely ridiculous in the first place, I've showed up to the doors locked at 8:45pm twice now. This franchise is truly on the extreme downswing and is making sure loyal customers are the first to know through its actions.

They resumed automatic charges after I cancelled my membership and have refused a refund. Don't go here, they don't want you to come. They just want to put you on automatic payments so they can get out of bankruptcy.

Great place! Make sure to check hours of operation. It isn't open 24 hours at least during the week. Closed at 9pm on Tuesday. Luckily I got to enjoy the hot tub before it closed!
