I only gave two stars because after several months they still do not have their website fixed to order business cards. You can place them in your cart but then cant get to them, just an error code. I reported this months ago. You have to call in and have them look you upto order, much longer process. I might have to try OfficeDepot next time... very frustrating. I guess fixing their online shopping experience is not their priority :-(

Associates were incredibly helpful. Needed over 200 doccuments printed out, they had it done within 10 minutes. Grateful for their speedy service.

Sent a print job in via their website. It was done on time and it took me 5 minutes to run in and pick it up. This should be an industry standard of service but I have found that some of Staples competitors fail to grasp that their customers value their time. Thanks for remembering some basic customer service!
