I went with my father to Morse Rd BMV after we left the Title agency next door on Tuesday, May 10th, 2022 around 1pm. The young girl at the front desk was on her phone when we walked in. My dad asked a question about license plates and, obviously, not paying attention to his question, told him to go to title place next door where we just were. I then rolled my eyes and she started screaming at me that “I was so extra and I need to act grown.” I know she’s a millennial and “extra” is a large part of their vocabulary nowadays but it’s not very professional to use the word,”extra” at a government agency. I’m not one of her peers at school. She was more concerned with putting me in my place than helping my father out.

I don't usually write Google reviews; but, the people and the service I have encountered both times I've been to this BMV location (4/30/22 and today, 5/7/22) has been AWESOME and definitely warrant a shout-out!! From the minute we walked in the door, Ronysha was helpful getting us to the right place for my daughter's driving test. Then, we encountered a wonderful young man (I'm sorry...I can't remember is name) who checked us in for the road tests. He was so nice and encouraging to my daughter - who was very nervous about her tests. The first tester (I didn't see a name badge) was a kind and fair young woman. My daughter said she felt very comfortable with her. My daughter made a big mistake the first time and the tester checked with her supervisor, before having to count the mistake as an instant fail. But, even though she had to end up failing my daughter, she explained the reason very thoroughly and encouraged my daughter for the next time. Today when we arrived, we immediately knew where to check in for the road test (and encountered the same young man as before), and it was no more than 5 minutes we were in the waiting room before the tester came to get my daughter. This tester was an older lady who was quiet and firm, but fair. The good news is that my daughter passed today! We went right over to the other side to get the license and encountered Ronysha again, who enthusiastically gave us the paperwork and guided us to the next steps. We waited less than 15 minutes to be called up to a window and we were served promptly by another young woman (at Window 3). Lastly, the woman who took the license picture was also efficient and helpful. THANK YOU Morse Rd. BMV for a really great BMV experience! :-)

It's been a while I have been here. Place is definitely improved, there are tablets looking devices for check-in, you give your phone number, name and you get a number. I waited max. 5-7mins until I've got called. I finished pretty fast, clerk was helpful. Oh, and first time I saw the ATM looking kiosk at the corner of the building, seems you can get done with your business there.

You do not need a license to register a car.
What do you need to bring with you to get your ID will a birth certificate do
Registering a vehicle for a year is around $53.00
No, but it costs around $15 to get a new copy of your title printed at the bmv.
You can take a temp test and get your license also the same day
Yes temp tag cost $20
If out of $5 title transfer $20 temp tag plus $61.10 for a year Registration you can pay for more years after the year is pass , everything expire on your birthday so it could be a year or less
