We just ordered door dash through taco bell and this is what came!!! It was just slipped in there with no care at all on presentation. We were missing another Mexican pizza for our daughter and she never got it. We also ordered mild sauce packets and we didn't get any nor did we get napkins!! One of the worst taco Bell's I've ever ordered from!!!

This is the worst restaurant or fast food place I've ever been to! I placed an order on the kiosk at 11:15 pm on a Saturday night. My name appeared on the screen as being made. 20 mins go by and it moves to the ready for pick up. My name wasn't called. 10 minutes later, it disappeared like it was picked up. I went to to the counter and told someone what happened. She looked at me, turned around and started making more orders. Someone else comes up with an order, and I tell them the same thing. "Ok I'll look" and went to the back! The food bags were right in front of me and never saw him again. At this point, there are about 15 people waiting for orders. No names were being called and bags of food were just stacking up. Someone behind me asked if they could ask for an order and I told them, well they are making food but aren't giving out orders and just ignoring everyone. The lady who I originally asked to check my name turned around and had the audacity to lie to me about it being her first day there! No way you know how to make every item and work a busy Saturday night, not to mention wearing an old and dirty name tag. I called her out saying exactly just that. Her face dropped, went blank, didn't respond, and turned back, embarrassed. At this point I've been here almost an hour. Only about 5 total names were called since. Everyone was getting angry because you can clearly see all the bags that weren't being given out as well. At that point I just asked for a refund and had to ask 2 different people, yet again ignored. Surprisingly someone else came up, told them what happened and just wanted my money back. She might have been a manager and listened to me. Atleast she was understanding and apologized unlike the rest of the horrible employees. On my way out, a grub hub driver and her younger daughter was coming in. I warned them it was over an hour and I never even got food. She thanked me profusely stating it saved her from waiting and could make multiple other trips. Delivery drivers are given an expected pick up time and drop off. Most people base tips off service, if it's delivered on time, and correct. This place is costing many people money and extra time by not being even somewhat competent.

Easily the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been to some pretty bad ones. Had been waiting for my food last night for over 30 minutes just to finally be told that they were out of rice, beans, and cheese so understandably I wanted a refund. I went to cancel my order and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered at the kiosk. They didn’t even offer me a free meal voucher or gift card or anything. Ended up spending a total of about an hour there, and left with no food and no refund.

Our order was missing a spicy potato soft taco, all of our condiments, and we were given three large carbonated waters instead of the Baja blasts we ordered. I called the store 3-4 times and no one ever picked up.
